Monday 14th November Corsham vs. Acers. Wilson Lee Cup Match.
We welcomed Acers to our Springfield Fortress in our first-round cup match of the Wilson Lee tournament! Our team performed admirably with some untested ladies' partnerships. Biggest shout out to Anne and Imi for taking a set against a strong ladies pair who included an outstanding junior County player! Overall, our stronger mens side made the difference taking all mens level doubles, and when paired up with our brilliant ladies, they took 5 out of 6 mixed sets. Well done, Anne, Sally, Imi, Chris, and Pete, on your performances! Let's see who we get in the next round!
